Our story
Nacar began with more than a decade of experience in recruitment.
Pedro Torrecillas had already built and sold recruitment companies before leading product at Job&Talent. There he built Clara, whose AI agents have conducted more than four million interviews for major companies.
That experience made one thing clear: AI can do much more than support recruitment software. It can carry out approved workflows at scale while people stay in control.
At the same time, drug discovery is accelerating, but every potential treatment still has to pass through clinical trials. Finding, contacting, screening, and supporting the right patients remains one of the biggest bottlenecks.
That is why Nacar exists. We bring the operating model built in recruitment to the full clinical-trial patient journey, from acquisition and multilingual pre-screening to visit booking and follow-up.

Pedro has spent more than a decade building recruitment companies and products. After founding and selling previous ventures, he led product at Job&Talent and built Clara, bringing AI interviews to IBEX 35 and Fortune 500 companies.

Medical advisor
Felipe Díez del Hoyo
Cardiologist and predoctoral cardiovascular researcher at Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre, with extensive experience in multicentre cardiovascular studies and trial design. Provides clinical governance and protocol-safety expertise.
